Camp Details and Locations
Summer day camps run from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Regular drop-off begins at 8:30 AM and pick-up is at 4:00 PM. Before- and after-care is available for $60 per week, per child, with drop-off as early as 7:30 AM and pick-up as late as 5:30 PM.
All camps and rehearsals will take place at 35 W. Lancaster Avenue, Paoli, PA and The Lightning Thief: YAE will be performed in our in Footlighters Theatre right up the road in Berwyn.
All performances are ticketed events. Each cast member will receive two complimentary tickets, and general ticket sales open on the first day of each camp. The cost of the camp is $825
Performance Schedule
The Lightning Thief: YAE- Friday, July 31st at 7:00 PM and Saturday, August 1st at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
The Lightning Thief: Young Actors Edition (July 20–August 1, 2026) This exciting two-week camp brings Percy Jackson’s One-Act adaption of Lightning Thief to life through music, staging, character work, and choreography.
With a small cap of 22 performers, students benefit from individualized attention and a tight-knit, supportive community. The program culminates in three fully staged and costumed performances at Footlighters Theater in Berwyn.

Refund & Payment Policy
$120 deposit for all multi week programs. Deposits are non-refundable.
The remaining balance is invoiced within 48 hours and due within 7 days.
With two weeks’ notice before a program begins, tuition is refundable minus the deposit. 50% refund is given within two weeks of camp. No refunds are issued once camp starts.
Payment plans and limited scholarships are available to help keep programming accessible.
If a student must withdraw due to illness or a government shutdown, a prorated credit will be issued for future programs or voice lessons.
Our programs prioritize small cast sizes, individualized attention, and ensemble values. No refunds are given if a child withdraws due to not receiving a desired role.
