Payment Plans and Financial Aid

Thank you so much for your interest in our programming! My goal is always to keep our camps as accessible as possible for every child who wants to participate. To reserve your child’s spot—and to receive a payment plan or be eligable for financial aid—you must first submit the standard camp deposit.

If you are unable to pay the full tuition within seven days, you may complete the payment plan form below. Once the deposit is received, I will reach out to set up a 3–5–installment payment schedule that works for your family.

Scholarships, while limited, are available based on financial hardship and/or merit. Community Through Song and Stage partners with TE Cares, an organization that provides financial support to local families. More information can be found here: https://www.tecare.org/assistance/. While preference is given to families in the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District, TE Cares also supports students from outside the district who enroll in our programming. There is a space on the form for you to indicate if you’ve applied to TE Cares so I can stay informed.  If TE Cares does not award funding or enough funding to cover the camp, additional applicants will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
