A Daytime Conservatory Program for Homeschool & Cyber School Students (Ages 10–18)

Community Through Song and Stage’s Arts Enrichment Pods are a flexible daytime program designed for homeschool and cyber school students seeking structure, community, and high-level performing arts training.

Located in Paoli, PA, our program blends academic accountability, conservatory-style training, and real performance experiences within a small, supportive cohort environment.

Students complete schoolwork, develop as performers, and build meaningful friendships—all in a space that values growth, creativity, and professionalism.

Age Groups & Cohorts

We serve students ages 10–18 through two cohort tracks:

  • Orange Cohort (Ages 14–18):
    Monday (Conservatory) + Wednesday (Production Lab)

  • Blue Cohort (Ages 10–14):
    Tuesday (Conservatory) + Thursday (Production Lab)

Families enrolling siblings within two years of one another may choose the cohort that best fits their schedule.

Program Structure

  • CTSS Conservatory

    Students receive high-quality performing arts training in voice, acting, movement, musicianship, and stage presence through engaging, age-appropriate instruction. This skills-based class is designed to build confident, versatile young performers in a supportive and inspiring environment.

    Mondays 12 - 3 PM (Ages 14-18)

    Tuesdays 12-3 PM (Ages 10-14)

  • Academic Studio

    Students complete their academic work in a structured, quiet, and inviting environment with built-in accountability, organization support, and guided routines. Designed for homeschool and cyber learners, this program helps students build independence, focus, and strong study habits.

    Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 11:30 AM

  • CTSS Production Lab

    Students rehearse and perform a fully staged musical production in our intimate black box theatre with a strong emphasis on collaboration, storytelling, and performance growth. With casts capped at just 16 performers, every student receives meaningful stage time and individualized attention.

We are actively seeking a skilled, compassionate, and creative Pennsylvania-certified teacher to help lead our morning Academic Studio for the 26/27 school year (20 hours/week). Ideal candidates will have a background in special education or counseling, experience working with children of diverse backgrounds and learning needs, and a passion for helping students succeed by building positive study habits and organizational skills.

CTSS POD Program | 2026–2027 Tuition & Schedule

CTSS POD Programming is a semester-based, flexible school-year program created for homeschool, cyber, and alternative-learning families. Families may enroll in academics, performing arts, or a combination of both.

Our program runs in two semesters:

  • 16 instructional weeks, 17 for production lab

Thanksgiving Break: November 24 - 29, 2026

Winter Break: December 21, 2026 – January 1, 2027

Spring Semester: February 1, 2027 – May 29, 2027

Spring Break: March 29 – April 2, 2027

  • Our Pod Program is a small-group daytime program designed for homeschool, cyber school, and flexible-learning families. Students receive a blend of structured academic support and high-quality performing arts training in a creative, community-centered environment.

  • The program is ideal for homeschool students, cyber students, and families seeking an enriching daytime option with built-in socialization, structure, and arts education.

  • Students are grouped into cohorts by age.

    AM Academic Studio is open to students ages 10–18.

    Afternoon courses are divided into age-based cohorts:

    Orange Cohort | Ages 14–18
    Meets Monday and Wednesday afternoons

    Blue Cohort | Ages 10–14
    Meets Tuesday and Thursday afternoons

  • We provide structure, accountability, light guidance, and supervision during academic hours. While we help students stay on task, this is not one-on-one tutoring.

  • No. We are an enrichment pod and academic support program. Families remain enrolled in their homeschool or cyber school program, and we support students as they complete their assigned coursework.

  • Academic Studio options may be added during the semester pending availability. Afternoon semester programs are best joined at the start of a semester, though mid-semester enrollment may occasionally be possible.

  • Our programs are led by experienced, passionate educators and teaching artists with backgrounds in education, music, theatre, and youth development. All faculty have updated clearances and background checks.

    We intentionally keep enrollment small to ensure personalized attention. Most classes are capped at 16 students, with instructor support added as needed. This allows for strong student-to-teacher ratios, meaningful feedback, and a safe, supportive learning environment where every child is known.
