Academic Studio Time provides students with a structured, supportive environment to complete their academic work during the school day. Designed for homeschool, cyber, and flexible-learning families, this program offers supervised quiet work time, organization support, and accountability in a calm, focused setting.
Students work independently on online coursework, assignments, reading, or projects while receiving guidance in time management, focus, planning, and study habits. Our goal is to help students build strong academic routines, confidence, and independence while benefiting from the positive community of a creative arts environment.
This is an ideal option for families seeking balance: meaningful academic productivity in the morning, followed by engaging performing arts training in the afternoon.
Program Details
Time: 8:00–11:30 AM
Ages: 10 - 18
Led by: A certified Pennsylvania educator (we are actively seeking someone with a background in school counseling or special education) and teaching assistant.
Class Size: Capped at 16 students per cohort
Focus Areas: Accountability, organization, executive functioning, and time management
Environment: Quiet, structured, proctored workspace
Support Level: Light academic guidance and check-ins (not tutoring)
Monthly Tuition:
4 days/week: $495/month
3 days/week: $410/month
2 days/week: $325/month
1 day/week: $185/month
CTSS Academic Studio Policies
Monthly Commitment Required: Enrollment is billed on a monthly basis to reserve your student’s recurring schedule.
Tuition Due Date: Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
Flexible Scheduling: Families may add or reduce attendance days with notice provided before the 1st of the month, pending availability.
Sibling Discount: A 10% discount is available for enrolled siblings.
Program Purpose: Academic Studio is not a tutoring program. It is a structured, supervised environment where students complete schoolwork, attend cyber classes, and build community with other homeschool and cyber learners. The teacher on staff can provide light academic support if needed.
Flexible Arrival/Departure: Students may arrive late or leave early as needed based on their academic schedule.
Capacity: Enrollment is capped at 16 students per day to maintain a focused and supportive environment.
Attendance Plans: Families will work with CTSS to establish a recurring attendance schedule. Occasional drop-ins or day changes may be requested through the scheduling portal, subject to availability.
